Mike was one of the founders of the systematic trading company Adam, Harding & Lueck and spent the first 25 years of his career in technology for trading, pricing and analysing financial markets.

Over the last 30 years he has founded, built and sold a number of technology businesses. He is a musician and has written, recorded and performed his own music. He has toured extensively and released five albums.

Feilim’s extensive corporate experience includes Non-Executive Chairman roles within Ardonagh Group, Non-Executive Director of Utmost Life and Pensions and he was a Trustee of Macmillan Cancer Support from 2015 until 2021.

Prior to this Feilim’s Executive career included roles in Standard Life, RBS, Aegon UK, O2 and Dixons Carphone plc.

Jake has over 13 years of commercial experience architecting, developing and maintaining complex software systems using a variety of languages and tools.

He believes passionately that the best software solutions are as simple as possible (but not simpler); appropriately handle complexity; and are composed of orthogonally adjacent components.

Jarvey has a master’s degree in Experimental Psychology. He played in bands, and then helped artists get their show on the road globally as a Tour Director. It turned out this meant running businesses with multi-million pound turnovers from airport lounges, tour buses and hotel rooms.

He thinks running a technology business is much simpler.
